Judge Jennifer S. Fairfax has over 25 years of experience handling complex adoption and assisted reproductive technology and family law related matters. Ms. Fairfax authored the preeminent book on adoption law, and has worked with lawmakers on advancing legislation related to both adoption and assisted reproduction. Ms. Fairfax is a fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys. She has lectured for law school courses on the adoption process and law, contract issues and family law and has published extensively in this field. Ms. Fairfax received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
